Our patient in these photos was very hesitant for change because of her “age” and was afraid that the change might be too drastic for her. We convinced her that we wouldn’t go “Hollywood” and we listened to her request. designing anterior crowns that fit her naturally. This patient went many years with the “grey metal” look around her two front teeth before she decided it was time for a fresh new smile. Her older porcelain fused to metal crowns were breaking down and we replaced them with beautiful new and natural looking porcelain crowns.
